Valeriano Federici cook the special menu for the dinner event “Hispellum ROMAN HOLIDAY”, scheduled for August 19 to 22 in Spello (PG). On the last weekend of August, within the event “Meetings on the Road” in Spello, many cultural events are proposed, all inspired by Roman Empire cuisine. Spello offers a particularly impressive background, animated by lights, sounds and music. Everything concur to commemorate the life that once took place in the “Colonia Julia Splendidissima”, whose urban plant was completed between the triumvirate and Augustus era.
