After any lesson you’ll find yourself able to chose between different products and to use them properly, and to master kitchen appliances, cooking methods and basic recipes to create fantastic meals. also you’ll learn how to organize your kitchen’s space improving your cooking skills and saving time to spend it with your loved ones.
It’s possible to attend private courses or to organize them in hotels and agriturismos; they can be held everywhere (agriturismos, hotel de charme in Toscana and Umbria, creating the opportunity for a small relaxing holyday) or at my place in Castel di Tora (RI). if you prefer to learn in your kitchen I’ll come to your house and if you just need phone or on-line assistance, I’ll be happy to answer any of your questions. the “Wandering Chef” is always the best solution!
