My aim is to solve and manage any kitchen problem. I can fix any “emergency” thanks to my local and international experience in the catering sector. My “food project “combines my profession as chef with my skills as counselor and trainer on specific food and beverage business, in order to manage them at the best.
I’m qualified to counsel on how start up and manage a restaurant in Italy and abroad and how to train personnel, create new menus, revisit traditional dishes, organize services and updating staff.
You just have to rely on a single person that knows how to make the right choices, following a single design rather than many separated ones. I can start by analyzing the needs and motivations of the single Customer and then suggest the best solutions.
