After five years at the event “I primi d’italia”, Valeriano Federici is organizing a cooking course on truffle on the main square in Foligno. Following his lesson you’ll learn any secrets about truffle – from basic to sauce – and taste the final recipe.
Please, ask your questions about truffle… I’ll give you all the answer!

We shop for food, buy vegetables, pasta, and anything we need, we put everything on the van and leave. Tonight we have to cook fish for 20 guest… and we will not disappoint our host.
