An ancient roman style menu for the “Hispellum Festa Romana” in Spello (PG). Valeriano Federici  will recreate a perfect roman supper. From 19 to 22 of august in Spello at cultural event “Incontri per le strade”.

A menu from the past, with delicacies loved by the ancient Romans. Valeriano Federici cook the special menu for the dinner event “Hispellum ROMAN HOLIDAY”, scheduled for August 19 to 22 in Spello (PG). On the last weekend of August, within the event “Meetings on the Road” in Spello, many cultural events are proposed, all inspired by Roman Empire cuisine. Spello offers a particularly impressive background, animated by lights, sounds and music. Everything concur to commemorate the life that once took place in the “Colonia Julia Splendidissima”, whose urban plant was completed between the triumvirate and Augustus era.

New cooking lesson about fish on 27 and 28 of april 2010. Thanks to Valeriano Federici cooking fish will not have secrets anymore!

As in the past year, the Wandering Chef will be cooking its specialties at the Truffle Market Exhibition in Valtopina, on the 21/22 and 28/29 of September 2009, in cooperation with La Cantina Restaurant (Spello, Pg).
